Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a leading employer in North Bradford to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor.
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager your responsibilities will involve
* To process daily shipments through our ERP system and ship / invoice goods
* Create returns / replacements through the ERP system
* Log and pick up customer complaints through the system and ensuring complaints are acknowledged / completed within a timely manner
* To liaise with manufacturing teams to progress orders on customers behalf.
* Assist and Lead various weekly update calls with Customers
* Cover incoming business calls coming into the Site
* Prepare all export documentation / certification relevant to shipments
* General admin duties i.e. word / excel / outlook
* To support & assist Quality department with documentation and general admin when required
* Encourage good customer relationships throughout the team
* To become multifunctional within the Customer Service team in order to provide cover / or assistance where necessary.
* Any other duties within the Customer Service team
