Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Seamer, Scarborough. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who can deliver high-quality care and support services.
About the Role:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care and support.
* Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conducting regular assessments and reviews.
* Recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care staff, providing training and development opportunities.
* Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless support and care.
* Maintain accurate records, complete audits and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You:
* You will have extensive experience working in care management, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
* A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care is essential, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and stakeholders.
* A passion for delivering high-quality care and support services, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
