The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer journey, compliance, maintenance SLAs, revenue opportunities and client relations at each car park within the region. What you'll do: Deliver an exceptional customer journey across managed car parks. Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high quality support. Conduct regular site visits for both proactive and reactive client needs. Monitor profitability by tracking costs, occupancy, and revenue. Identify and generate sales opportunities. Collaborate with the account management team to optimise car park performance. Ensure system compliance at sites, including kiosks and tablets. Quickly resolve car park technology issues within SLAs. Conduct initial survey and support onboarding of new car parks. Attend system installations to ensure smooth onboarding and high standard delivery. What you'll bring: Multi-site operational experience with client-facing responsibilities. Strong personal brand and established network. Proven client relationship management skills. Highly organised, reliable, and hold a full UK driving license. Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed. There is a requirement to attend one office-based meeting a month at our London, Stratford office.
