Key Requirements: We are looking to secure a Senior M&A Tax Advisor who has a M&A Tax Advisory background to be able to work autonomously. Initially (whilst building the practice), an ideal candidate would work part-time, 3 days per week. This could be someone returning to work or looking for a part time role with hybrid/remote working flexibility but the ability to work from the London office some of the time would be desirable To satisfy professional indemnity insurance specifications, they would need to be solely employed by us and not work for another company or themselves. The expectation is that this could build into a full-time role within 12/18 months, but we could be flexible for the right candidate with childcare requirements. Typical qualifications to look for are: ACA or CA, CTA (Chartered Tax Advisor) Minimum of 6 years of experience in M&A Tax Advisory
