As a Sales and Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role at The Fuel Store by proactively driving business growth through outbound cold sales calls and early account management.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying, prospecting, cold-calling, and initiating meaningful connections with potential clients.
2. Engaging in persuasive communication to promote our products and services across fleet management.
3. Nurturing and managing accounts during the early life management cycle.
4. Providing exceptional customer service and cultivating long-term relationships.
5. Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
6. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers.
7. Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions.
8. Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs.
9. Maintaining a high standard within your calls, focusing on compliance and quality checks.
To have the ability to contribute to The Fuel Store’s success, you will need:
1. At least 3 years’ experience in a Sales role (Telesales, Door to door, Recruitment).
2. Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively.
3. The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information.
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
5. Familiarity with the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries.
As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have:
1. Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
