We’re looking for a Membership Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Insight team, within our wider Digital Technology & Data team, on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. Focusing specifically on Co-op Membership, you’ll turn membership data into valuable insights to help us understand how we can continuously improve our offering. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way – splitting your time between home and the office.
What you’ll do
* Deliver analytics projects from start to finish related to our Co-op Membership offering
* Engage and work closely with key partners to scope the project and design the best solution
* Use a wide variety of advanced analytics techniques using data from multiple sources
* Understand how each project interacts with the wider business and engage with the relevant partners across Co-op to share valuable recommendations
This role would suit people who have
* Experience working in an analytics environment, with the ability to analyse data from a variety of sources
* Solid experience using SQL
* Strong numeracy skills, with a background in maths and statistics
* Good Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
* Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly present information to a non-technical audience
