Duties & responsibilities:
* Ensure the office runs smoothly & efficiently
* Provide a point of contact for staff and customers
* Maintain quality levels and ensure performance standards are met.
* Ordering and controlling of stock to ensure operations runs smoothly
* Acknowledge & liaise with staff, contractors, and visitors alike.
* Managing client records to make sure all files are compliant.
* Organising meetings, scheduling appointment for potential candidates.
* Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personal and financial information
* Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Setting up and booking meeting rooms
* Answering telephone and dealing with any enquiries
Key Skills and requirements:
* Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Confident, polite, and friendly telephone manner.
* Ability to work alone or as part of team.
* Good organisational skills
* Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
Hours - Full Time, Temp to perm
8:00-5:00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting from £24000 per annum
Location - Swindon
