About the Role: As a Reception Teacher, you will be at the heart of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision. You will create a stimulating, fun, and safe learning environment where children can explore, grow, and develop. You will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development, ensuring each child has the best start to their educational experience. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Observe and track children's development, setting achievable targets to help them reach their potential. Work collaboratively with other teachers and teaching assistants to create a cohesive and effective learning environment. Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development. Foster a love of learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities. About You: A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Experience teaching in Early Years (preferably within a Reception setting). A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons tailored to individual needs.
