Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gateshead for a Business Development Team Leader at Parmley Graham Ltd. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the business development team, driving sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
1. Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Knowledge of Automation, Control, and Process Instrumentation industry
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
