We are recruiting for a local Tewkesbury company who are looking to recruit an experienced finance administrator with excellent all round accounting experience to join their small friendly office team. The role: Using Xero to maintain accounts for multiple companies Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers and bank reconciliations. Preparation and submission of VAT return Entering & processing data to correct ledger/nominal code General accounts functions – preparing records for year-end submission to accountant Assist in the production of financial reports and budgeting Processing and managing card and cash payments Requirements: Previously experience working in an Accounts/Bookkeeper role. AAT qualified or the equivalent by experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail This is a varied and interesting job and an important role within the business. As a valued Team member, you will be working in a small team keeping all accounts and finances updated for the 3 divisions within the organisation.
