Page Group are delighted to be working with an industry leading Manufacturing & Engineering focused business, who are looking to appoint a Service Compliance & Process Officer at their South Yorkshire Offices.
This role will work closely with the Customer Service, Field Service & Field Engineers team to drive process improvement around service provided to B2B customers, ensure compliance around key regulations, and support with audits and accreditations within the business.
Job Description
* Work closely with the Customer Service & Service Engineers teams to drive process improvement across the departments, improving customer satisfaction, efficiency and productivity.
* Support leadership around attaining and renewing key ISO accreditations, understanding and communicating all requirements.
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify and highlight changes, positively influencing and gaining buy-in to upcoming changes.
* Create and present MI that will be used to identify potential changes that need to be made, and the impact they will have.
* Understand and interpret key regulatory requirements, ensuring business areas remain compliant at all times.
* Drive continuous improvement across all areas that positively impact the business and customer.
* Compliance - drive and support a culture of "right first time" ensuring the business meets key regulations at all times.
The Successful Applicant
* Highly organised.
* Ability to collaborate with others.
* Understand or worked in ISO environment (advantageous).
* Experience in a similar role (advantageous).

The position offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
