Contract Management : Ensure robust contract management and service delivery that promotes community cohesion and values diversity. Strengthening Communities : Collaborate with internal and external services to implement the Strengthening Communities Strategy in line with the Plan. Customer Service Improvement : Develop and implement the Customer Service Improvement strategy and work program. Service Transformation : Drive service delivery transformation while managing resources within budget. Community Engagement : Innovate ways to connect and engage with customers and communities, enhancing the reputation and leadership. Cultural Strategy : Maximize the impact of cultural heritage and support the cultural strategy. Alternative Delivery Models : Explore opportunities for income-generating delivery models that promote independence and reduce subsidies.
