Tritoma Construction Products (UK) Ltd has been set up with the intention of offering every day commodity construction products at the best quality with competitive pricing along with a superior customer service. Example products will be fasteners and fixings, plastering profiles, builders metal work, site protection, access equipment. To achieve this we will work with many suppliers worldwide to be able to build our own in house brands along with other brands we can represent exclusively. With these goals in mind, we will develop a sales and marketing team of extremely high calibre across the U.K. Our route to market is to supply trade customers such as wholesalers, distributors, builders merchants, plumbing and heating merchants, DIY outlets, hardware stores, and to businesses involved in trades like joinery, glazing and roofing. The Role As National Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for the strategic direction and operational management of the company. Reporting directly to me, you will oversee sales, service, and customer-focused activities while driving sustainable growth in revenue and market share. The role requires a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on management skills to ensure excellence in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market penetration across the U.K Build a sales channel and routes to market Identify new market opportunities and oversee the development of customised sales concepts. Expand the customer base, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled professionals, ensuring their ongoing development. Optimise organisational processes to enhance operational efficiency. Manage budgets, revenue targets and cost structures, ensuring financial performance. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Oversee marketing initiatives, including planning and execution of targeted campaigns. About You We are seeking a results-oriented leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation. You will bring: A sales background complemented by strong commercial acumen or vice versa. Extensive experience (5 years) in selling products or solutions to industrial clients. Background in construction products A proven track record in managing and growing a business, with a focus on sales and customer engagement. Strong leadership skills, including team development and performance management. A strategic mindset combined with the ability to deliver operational excellence. Knowledge of U.K employment law and contract negotiation. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire both customers and team members.
