Position Overview: We seek a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to provide expert support across multiple sites, focusing on Microsoft Server, Office 365, Azure, and virtualization. The role requires strong technical skills, proactive support, and excellent communication, with occasional travel for on-site assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT support across multiple locations, assisting users at all levels.
2. Manage and maintain Microsoft Server, AD, Intune, Office 365, and Azure.
3. Administer Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, and virtualization solutions.
4. Troubleshoot desktop virtualization and SaaS applications.
5. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
6. Travel as needed for hands-on support.
Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years in IT support roles.
2. Proficient in Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, and SQL.
3. Knowledge of Azure networking, Defender, Policy, SaaS, and AKS Kubernetes.
4. Experience with Dell backup, storage, and VDI solutions is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
