In this role, you will assist with Employee Relations matters and ensure policies and processes are consistently updated. What you'll be doing Key responsibilities include: Processing key processes including offers, transfers and leavers Completing criminal record checks and Subject Access Requests Providing project support to the People Team Coaching managers through People processes to develop their knowledge and confidence in dealing with queries Providing support and advice to managers and employees on generalist HR issues including disciplinary, absence management, policies and procedures and performance management Dealing with various People queries throughout the business Providing advice and guidance for managers on People processes and policies Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data Supporting colleague relationships, responding to queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations Monitoring, reviewing and supporting the updating of People policies Supporting managers with various Employee Relations cases, including grievance and disciplinary Acting as the point of contact for managers, colleagues and other People team members The role is for you if Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
