The Role:
As the Part-Time Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the finance team, helping to keep financial records precise and up to date. Your day-to-day will include:
* Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero or similar accounting software
* Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Supporting the team with invoicing, debt collection, and general admin tasks
Who They're Looking For:
* Someone with a skill for numbers and bookkeeping
* Detail-oriented, organised, and trustworthy
* Eager to learn and able to work independently with guidance
* Good communicator and a team player
* Experience or education in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is a plus
