About the job To meet the evolving needs of car buyers in the UK, we are transforming. We're becoming a digital marketplace and enabling more of the car buying journey to be done online working across multiple digital products and solutions. These can range from reserving a car online to applying for finance to delivery of the vehicle. We’re looking for a Compliance Analyst to join us to support ongoing partnership information security compliance initiatives and the overall information security programme for Auto Trader. You’ll start by building strong internal relationships and collaborate with our cross functional teams to create and maintain the correct compliance documentation. You’ll also liaise with a range of partners (these can include automotive finance lenders, insurance companies or data providers across the industry) to provide a status of our compliance standards, through the completion of partner documentation. This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for someone to come in and make it their own - especially if you are currently working in Risk/Compliance with some understanding or exposure to Information Security controls with a desire to learn more and progress. You’ll will be part of the Operations Team and responsible for assisting in managing and maintaining information security documentation for partners, the information security framework and associated information security policies. What we're looking for An understanding or some exposure to security controls standards e.g. ISO27001, NIST CSF Experience managing priorities and outcomes for multiple partners and stakeholders. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile cross-functional teams. Previous experience of working in a Finance or Regulated environment Skilled in fact finding into business processes, policies and security frameworks to understand what they do, and how & why they do it. Additionally the ability to translate these findings into useable insight for our business. A strong and clear communicator, able to articulate clearly and explain complexities to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding. Essential that you can work independently. Experience of working with 3 rd parties Preferred experience in conducting external Security & Governance Questionnaires Preferred experience in writing or maintaining information security policies.
