1. Handling hire desk operations, processing orders, and coordinating schedules for equipment and personnel.
2. Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
3. Ensuring resource availability and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
4. Supporting occasional out-of-hours queries by carrying a support phone.
