Role Description
This is a part-time remote Project Manager role. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project tasks, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics management bi-weekly.
Qualifications
* Project Management and Logistics Management skills (PMP or Agile certification preferred).
* Expeditor and Expediting experience
* Knowledge of inspection procedures
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in the legal industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
• Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with startup priorities.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to the scope or schedule.
• Implement agile methodologies, ensuring quick iteration cycles.
2. Team Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate across teams (technical team, marketing & sales, legal experts).
• Serve as the central point of communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Shall work closely with the Founder and COO, providing bi-weekly updates.
3. Product Development Oversight
• Manage product roadmap milestones for LawNeeds features.
• Collaborate with the tech team to ensure seamless integration of LawNeeds features.
• Ensure quality assurance for feature delivery, usability, and compliance with SRA regulations.
4. Resource Management
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and priorities.
• Track budgets, ensuring financial alignment with business goals.
5. Risk & Issue Management
• Identify risks, challenges, and roadblocks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and technical standards during project execution.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide regular progress updates to founders.
• Incorporate user feedback and insights into project iterations to improve platform performance.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to track deliverables and progress.
• Generate data-driven reports on project metrics, risks, and successes.
Work Schedule and Compensation (Weekly)
• Biweekly Part-time schedule (3 days every fortnight - Week 1 & Week 3)
• 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Hybrid)
• Hourly rate: £15
• Weekly rate: £360
• Monthly rate: £720
• Non-negotiable
