We are seeking an experienced and proactive PMO Analyst to join our Transformation and PMO Team in the Business Change Division. The PMO Analyst will play a key role in the Business Change PMO Function, which supports more than 10 business aligned portfolios of work.
The role will support one or more portfolios/programmes as well as supporting and developing the overall PMO Function. As a senior member of the team, the role may also be involved in mentoring and task management of junior members of the team.

What you’ll be doing?
1. Responsible for providing full project and programme lifecycle PMO Analyst support
2. Providing expertise on project and portfolio management tooling
3. Proactively identifying and managing project risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
4. Assisting in budget planning and tracking for project changes.
5. Preparing materials for project governance meetings and documenting meeting outcomes and following up on action items
6. Contributing to change management plans and facilitating smooth transitions during project executions
7. Being the Subject Matter Expert at all key and general PMO support activities and supporting those at a lower level.
Who are we looking for?
8. Strong understanding of PMO organizational function and how it fits into the Business Change team and project processes.
9. Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and budgeting.
10. Proficient in project and portfolio management tools.
11. Excellent attention to detail and key skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills which you can adapt according to your audience.
13. Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
