My client, a well-established recruitment company based in Sawbridgeworth, is seeking an experienced resourcer to join their growing team.
This role would suit someone who has previous experience sourcing candidates and building relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for searching and qualifying candidates along with scheduling interviews and providing client feedback.
Ideally you will be confident up-selling and cross-selling as you will be expected to create your own new business leads once you have settled in and gained and understanding of the business works.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively search for qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media platforms and professional networks.
2. Conduct targeted searches using Boolean logic and keywords to find candidates with the specific skills and experience required for open positions.
3. Screen CV’s and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job criteria and qualifications.
4. Manage the company’s candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
5. Schedule interviews and manage logistics for candidates and interviewers.
6. Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling reference checks and offer negotiations
7. Build strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their specific needs, company culture, and ideal candidate profile.
8. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on the progress of the search and providing shortlisted candidates.
The successful candidate will have:
9. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
10. Strong IT Skills including all Microsoft applications
11. Excellent organisational skills
12. Previous experience of working to and hitting KPI’s
13. Ability to up-sell and cross-sell
