Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time HR Administrator to join our busy team.
* Shift: Monday to Friday
* Hours: 09:30 am - 14:30 pm (Slight flexibility is available)
* Location: Beaumont Leys LE4
* Salary: £26k - £27k Pro Rata DOE
Responsibilities
* Assisting the business in keeping attendance and performance up to date on our HR System.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
* Performing inductions for new starters.
* Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
* Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics using systems to inform decision-making.
* Assist training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
Skills
* Strong experience with data entry and administrative tasks, demonstrating attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to speak to a variety of audiences.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
* Previous experience in a HR environment would be desirable.
