Based in the North West, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery. This is an ideal role for someone with a background as a Site Engineer and solid experience in groundworks, particularly in roads and sewage. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee groundwork projects, including roads, drainage, and sewage installations, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Technical Oversight: Utilize your engineering knowledge to review and interpret technical plans, provide direction on site, and ensure alignment with specifications. Team Coordination: Work closely with site teams, housebuilders, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication and ensuring smooth operations across all stages of each project. Budget Management: Monitor budgets and manage costs effectively, including overseeing subcontractor agreements and procurement. Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict quality control and compliance with health and safety standards.
