What you'll do Your role is crucial for supporting the day-to-day operations and trading performance of interest-bearing propositions. You will effectively collaborate with a wide stakeholder group to ensure compliant functioning and continuous value is driven out of the proposition. Driving proposition performance, you will identify enhancements, support the development and execution of the proposition roadmap and be fundamental in ensuring all this is done compliantly (either through governance related projects or framework monitoring testing). A great communicator, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a virtual proposition team across the organisation. Your analytical and commercial experience, coupled with your ability to use relationship management to achieve business outcomes, will be instrumental in driving the success of the interest-bearing propositions and their alignment with the retail strategy. Who you are You are a driven and results-oriented professional with experience in the retail or financial services sector. Your ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders allows you to drive the day-to-day trading performance and optimisation of interest-bearing propositions, ensuring they align with retail priorities and deliver customer and commercial value. With your strong analytical skills and numeracy, you are comfortable consuming and analysing data to formulate insights and make grounded decisions. Your excellent communication and organisational skills enable you to effectively coordinate with stakeholders involved in the proposition's delivery, ensuring smooth operation, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. Proactive and resourceful, you take ownership and problem-solve to drive the proposition forward, seeking opportunities for enhancements and test-and-learn initiatives.
