The Role: Lead the recruitment process across your chosen desk (SEN, Primary, or Secondary), handling both permanent and temporary placements. Cultivate strong client relationships throughout Yorkshire, focusing on growth and service excellence. Mentor junior consultants, contributing to a collaborative team environment. Drive business development by identifying and seizing new opportunities. Requirements: Proven background in education recruitment, with an established client network and successful billing record. Knowledge of the Leeds and Yorkshire education sector. Excellent relationship-building and client service skills. Strategic and proactive approach to managing and growing your desk. What’s on Offer: Base salary of £42,000 - £50,000 DOE, with first-year earnings potential of £60,000.
