\nTHE ROLE:
\nYou will work closely with the Head of Residential Property and the role will be tailored to reflect your level of PQE.
\n
\nThis is a varied and interesting role with quality work. Your responsibilities will include:
\nManaging a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion,
\nConducting property searches and scrutinising contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance,
\nProviding legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the transaction process,
\nActing as a point of contact for clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, fostering positive relationships,
\nPreparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry and handling related documentation,
\nEnsuring all transactions are compliant with relevant legislation and best practices and
\nMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of property law and legislative changes.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nYou should be either a qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC.
\n
\nThe ideal candidate will have experience across a wide range of residential property matters to include:
\nResidential Sales and Purchases
\nRe-mortgages
\nLease Variations and Extensions
\nTransfers of Equity
\nEquity Release.
\n
\nYou will have experience of managing and progressing your own caseload and be confident working independently from the outset.

\n
