Job Description
Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced IS Analyst to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. As a key player, you’ll maintain computing and communications systems, providing 1st and 2nd line support to their London and EU offices.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Be the internal 2nd level Help Desk overflow support, handling complex issues beyond Frontline’s scope.
* Offer escalation guidance and share support knowledge with Frontline.
* Investigate, resolve, and respond promptly to escalated incidents.
* Keep ServiceNow Knowledgebase up-to-date with new support articles.
* Provide top-notch remote and in-person end-user support.
* Assist with WebEx, Zoom, and MS Teams meetings.
* Accurately document incidents and tasks in our incident management system.
* Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate solutions.
* Manage iPhones, iPads, and home office systems.
* Maintain stock levels of IS consumables and equipment inventory.
* Image laptops to firm standards.
* Onboard new joiners and provide inductions.
* Participate in projects to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Be available for overtime and flexible work schedules, including weekend on-call coverage.
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Assist with special projects.
* Handle network support tasks (e.g., user management).
* Support servers and data center equipment.
