What The Role Entails CloudHQ is looking for a document professional who to structure and organize the engineering data management system. The successful Document Assistant will oversee the progression of documentation and collaborate on the establishment of specific DMS project rooms for CloudHQ data centers. This position demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records of all documents. Additionally, the Document Assistant will be required to liaise with other departments to ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. As such, it is imperative to possess excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. What You Will Get to Do Engage in the preparation of a comprehensive report that monitors the development of documentation for every stage of the projects Support all users on the official Document Management System Train project teams in the implementation of project management platforms Collaborating on redacting user guidelines for the official project platform Assist with recognizing and upholding digital security to protect delicate information Guarantee adherence to local legal and company regulations Collaborating effectively to ensure that all customer handover requirements are met to the fullest extent Set Roles, Access Rights, and Workflows for data sharing in the official DMS Guarantee adherence to local legal and company regulations Ensure data safety in cooperation with the ICT department Requirements What You Bring to The Role A good understanding of engineering and construction processes A minimum of 1 years’ experience in project management platforms (preferably Asite) The ability to organize and manage large amounts of documents in an engineering environment An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills The ability to translate complex problems clearly and in non-technical terms Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess Degree in engineering, business management or related fields The ideal candidate should have one year of experience in data center documentation, a proactive attitude, a professional, process-oriented demeanor, and excellent organizational skills This position will be based in Didcot
