Regional Manager Role
Registered lead for 2 small residential services.
Oversee and optimise the day-to-day functioning of the registration.
As a Regional Manager you will have a thorough understanding of CQC standards, regulations and outcomes.
Drive compliance and strategic growth strategies.
Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to develop and execute comprehensive development strategies aligned with goals and objectives across the board.
The Regional Manager will empower and lead operational teams to deliver exceptional work and outstanding support to the people that the chairty support.
Regional Manager Skills/ Attributes
Diploma Level 5 Health and Social Care
Experience in managing services for vunerbable adults / adults with learnign disabilities / autism.
Person Centred
