Marketing Campaign Manager, 3-6 month contract £30k-40k pro rata Wesbury, Wiltshire, 2 days office based, rest remote. Quick start job opportunity for a Campaign Manager who can jump in and deliver a range of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, to include digital advertising, PPC, social, email marketing, events, OOH and partnerships. You’ll need to be able to join the organisation quickly and be happy to be based on site for 2 days a week, the rest can be remote. Campaign management experience is essential, along with the ability to deliver the marketing campaign plans effectively and efficiently. Open to all industry experience, though if you’ve worked in travel, hospitality, leisure and tourism would be useful. Role Overview : Marketing Campaigns Manager will develop, execute, and optimise innovative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities : Campaign Development : Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, online ads, partnerships, etc.). Content Creation : Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and informative content Performance Analysis : Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns. Trends and Adaptation : Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and adapt strategies as needed. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field ideally. Minimum of three years of experience in marketing Experience of managing/co-ordinating and ensuring delivery of successful marketing campaigns, including growth and customer retention activity Experience of supporting the development of creative assets and content for marketing campaigns Experience of implementing a range of marketing tactics to support campaign delivery Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Proficient in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
