A tech start up who have already achieved incredible success are looking for a HR Generalist to support across their growing business.
In this position you will oversee HR policies and processes, Manage recruitment, performance management, employee relations and onboarding. You will also be responsible for payroll of their employees as well as assist with implementing the HRIS.
Reporting into the Head of People you together will oversee the HR function of the business and support the people and develop the culture.
Due to being a start up this role also encompasses office management duties and the successful postholder will be happy to oversee the running of the office which includes, supplier contracts and facilities.
With the amount of growth predicted the office management of the role will be dropped in the future when the office grows in size.
This will be an exciting journey for someone who will help mould the future of the business.
