Nursery Practitioner - Level 3
Salary: Up to £26,500, depending on experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and early years education to children, holding a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating setting for children to grow and thrive.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
* A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, demonstrating a strong understanding of the responsibilities and demands of the role
* Proficiency in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a deep understanding of its principles and implementation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
* A commitment to providing diverse and inclusive learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child in our care

As a Level 3 Practitioner at our nursery, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and conducting a variety of activities to support the children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters exploration and creativity
* Building strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and collaborative community
* Maintaining comprehensive records of children's development and well-being, ensuring all aspects of their care are thoroughly documented
* Adhering to safeguarding, health, and safety regulations to guarantee the well-being of the children in our care
