Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment for Partner-level and colleague hires.
* Build strong talent pipelines and refine attraction strategies.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders to support hiring needs.
* Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and diversity goals.
* Oversee job advertising, screening, and assessment of candidates.
* Provide coaching to recruitment colleagues and improve processes.
* Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Marketing on recruitment matters.
* Manage third-party recruitment agency relationships.
* Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Contribute to continuous process improvements.
