We are seeking a highly motivated Quality & Continuous Improvement Support Manager to join our fantastic team. The position holder will cultivate a lean “Right First Time” culture, driving measurable enhancements in cost, quality, and service for internal operations and client interactions. This role will require travel.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Develop a clear CI strategy across our operations and deliver tangible improvements to business efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with customers to identify, recommend, develop, and implement improvements in services offered.
3. Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and achieve target savings through Kaizen techniques.
4. Coordinate with contract / operational teams to establish process improvements.
5. Effectively utilize tools such as lean thinking, Six Sigma methodologies, and value stream mapping.
6. Undertake rapid response deployment to lead a multi-functional group to support any immediate business needs.
7. Identify options and creative solutions while focusing on cost, risk, and impacts on all parties.
8. Cultivate and sustain relationships both within and outside the organisation to share and enhance best practice standards.
9. Foster ownership and enhance capability development throughout the operation.
10. Establish and act as the main Point of Contact for any continuous improvement opportunities or initiatives, ensuring all interactions are maintained with professionalism and collaboration.
11. Committed to enhancing skills and professional growth to optimise efficiencies in our operations.
Key Skills:
1. Logistics experience, preferably in a 3/4PL environment.
2. A proven track record of delivering business performance improvements.
3. Core CI skills and experience (such as Lean, Kaizen, and Green Belt).
4. Experience in developing and applying process improvement tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to understand complex information/concepts quickly and disseminate in an understandable way.
6. Great stakeholder and change management skills.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Data analysis skills.
9. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office platforms, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
