Salary: UoG Grade 5, £26,038 - £30,505 per annum, pro rata
1 Post 17.5 hours per week (0.5FTE) - (less hours would be considered)
1 Post 14 hours per week (0.4 FTE) - (less hours would be considered)
These posts are part-time (hours will be agreed with the successful candidates) and have funding for up until 31 March 2027 in first instance.
The School of Health & Wellbeing is looking to appoint 2 Recruitment Assistant.
You will be a dedicated and empathetic person who will play a key role in the recruitment of families to the “Partnership for Change” trial working with Professor Helen Minnis.
Partnership for Change is a randomised controlled trial, co-produced with parent collaborators with lived experience, that aims to develop, in collaboration with the NSPCC an infant and parent mental health support for families with children with family support services.
This role is tailored for individuals who have lived experience of using family support services and can bring valuable insights and perspectives to the process of involving struggling families in research. The post holder will work with the recruitment team and will be the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders providing information on the trial and gaining informed consent from participants. They will also undertake, with training and support, research assessments for participants. The post holder will also play a key role in supporting families to stay involved in the research.
