This is a fixed term post for 12 months.
Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to actively promote the city councils Employment and Skills offer to employers across the Stoke and Staffordshire region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage with employers to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
2. Deliver a high quality, tailored service with employers, considering customers’ needs while focusing on contractual requirements and KPIs.
3. Identify opportunities with employers to secure employment, work experience, and apprenticeship placements for customers.
4. Maintain ongoing relationships with employers and develop a comprehensive offer to meet their short and long-term requirements.
