Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Prepare and analyse management reports.
* Conduct monthly variance analysis and stock close adjustments.
* Review and report on monthly management accounts.
* Manage cash flows and forecasting.
* Optimise cash reserves for maximum interest returns.
* Work with subsidiaries to ensure financial alignment and reporting compliance.
* Support ERP system integration with financial accounting processes – Business Central.
* Manage 2 part-time clerks.
Qualifications
* ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified.
* Experience in financial control, reporting, and compliance.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and processes.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
