Deputy Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:
Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring services comply with the Service Agreement
Manage Premises Managers and Maintenance Supervisor in day-to-day operations
Oversee extensive hard services operations, with particular focus on mechanical and electrical installations, plant room operations, and air conditioning systems
Directly supervise and participate in complex maintenance tasks within building plant rooms
Ensure compliance with health and safety and fire regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customer departments
Ensure planned preventive maintenance and lifecycle programmes meet contract specifications
Deputy Facilities Manager Key Skills:
Substantial hands-on experience in hard facilities management, particularly with building services and plant room operations
Proven experience with air conditioning systems maintenance and operations
