What Youโll Do:
1. Lead a High-Performing Team
Youโll oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for Brand Ambassadors and Event Managers, ensuring top-tier talent is ready to bring campaigns to life. ๐ช๐ฅ

From staffing strategies to on-site troubleshooting, youโll ensure every event runs seamlessly. โ
