An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Laurencekirk Agency.
About the role:
* Oversight of day-to-day operations of the Office
* Administration Duties: preparing reports, invoices, letters, and additional administration support to Agent
* Leading the Office Team
* Establishing and Maintaining policies and procedures
* Delegation of tasks
* Supervising and Monitoring Staff
* Training Employees in-house as well as through NFU Mutual Training & Competency Scheme
* Sales and Servicing of Customers when required
* Attending and Scheduling of meetings
* Financial Oversight of Payments/Accounts
* Ensuring Compliance in line with FCA Regulatory and NFU Mutual requirements
About you:
Essential: Experience in Microsoft Programs, Good Communication skills both Verbal and Written, Ability to meet deadlines, Good organisational skills, Conflict management skills.
Desirable: Previous Experience in a similar role, particularly within a regulated industry.
