We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated registered nurse for this exciting opportunity to join our caring and compassionate team.
The successful candidate must have a keen interest in working with Frailty patients and patients with complex needs, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be active in developing and enhancing your current skills. As a valued team member, you will be expected to support other staff members on the ward and have a desire to deliver high standards of nursing care and be a team player.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, empathetic and have a vision for good patient care with a keen desire to ensure that the care delivered is of the best quality.
This is an ideal opportunity for both newly qualified and registered nurses who have a passion for caring for Frailty patients.
You must have a positive attitude towards change and continue to embed our Right Care values and behaviours.

The successful candidate will be a professional and promote the highest possible standard of care to their patients. You will provide physical, emotional and psychological support to enable patients to achieve their goals, optimise levels of independence and ensure a safe discharge from hospital.
The role requires you to accept professional accountability for patients when assessing, planning and implementing their care plans ensuring person centred care is delivered. Alongside the nursing team, you will work alongside doctors, therapists and other multidisciplinary members in developing and maintaining patient safety and ensuring a positive hospital experience.
The successful candidate will be supported and encouraged with training and development.
