Customer Service Agent
* Pay: £26,000-£27,000 per year, with a monthly bonus structure - £200 to £300 OTE
* Based in Walsall
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility
* Temporary to permanent contract
* This is an office-based role, five days a week
Role of a Customer Service Agent:
The Job People are recruiting for Customer Service Agents in Walsall, located in the town centre, conveniently accessible by public transport and with parking available. As a Customer Service Agent, you will work in a lively office, handling inbound and outbound calls for a thriving business.
Your daily responsibilities will include rebooking orders, interacting with drivers, managers, and site managers. All Customer Service Agents collaborate as a team, building strong and lasting relationships with customers.
You will receive ongoing training from day one, including regular one-on-one sessions.
Requirements of a Customer Service Agent:
* Customer Service skills
* Call centre experience (advantageous)
* Ability to multitask
* IT skills, including confident use of Excel
* Relationship building skills
