Alliance Manchester Business School is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual to support the management and ongoing development of our CRM platform within the School.
You will lead on delivering our Salesforce capabilities, providing training and guidance to stakeholders, curating best user practices, and driving further integrations. You will bring an enthusiasm for data analytics to deliver market insights and process improvements.
You’ll work with the team to develop a clear understanding of business objectives for our suite of programmes, translate these into technical and functional requirements, and develop, test, and provide post-release support for Salesforce applications.
You will work closely with our implementation partner and programmes project team to expand the CRM service. You’ll then support internal users to use the platform effectively and implement new functionality.
You will be an experienced user of Salesforce, Education Data Architecture or Education Cloud, and have excellent organisational and communication skills. You will take a data-led, user-centric approach to deliver technical CRM solutions to support our innovative marketing campaigns.
