This role involves managing the scheduling for the responsive contracts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will be adept at handling a variety of responsibilities, including dealing with complaints, coordinating with clients, call centre team members, tenants, and subcontractors to book appointments, as well as overseeing the workflow of the Direct Labour Organisation (DLO).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules for the Muir responsive contract.
2. Address and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3. Liaise with clients, call centre team members, tenants, and subcontractors to arrange appointments.
4. Oversee and ensure the smooth workflow of the DLO.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in scheduling, ideally within a similar environment.
2. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
3. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, tenants, and subcontractors.
