Please be advised that interviews for this post are due to take place 11th March 2025 Main duties of the job To provide a specialist service to the children, young people as well as their parents & carers who are suffering with respiratory conditions within the acute trust. Within this post you will work as part of the respiratory Nursing team, supported by a Band 7 Team leader whilst working in collaboration with the Paediatric Respiratory consultant. The post holder will work across the UHCW and Rugby St Cross site. The post holder will be involved in developing and delivering expert patient-centred care based on local and national guidance. Care delivered will include patient assessment, planning and implementing of specialist care, provision of advice/support and education in collaboration with the wider MDT including child protection/safeguarding teams. The post holder will be involved in audit and research, assist in leading a small team, participate in network meetings and provide education to medical and nursing staff within the unit in order to improve quality and enhance care delivery.
