They are now seeking an experienced Account Manager for their Northamptonshire office. This role will focus on managing client relationships, understanding each client's unique financial requirements, and delivering customised solutions to meet their goals. The ideal candidate will have strong brokerage experience and a proven track record in finance, with the skills to contribute to our client’s commitment to quality and growth. Job Responsibilities: Build and nurture client relationships via Telesales, social media, trade events, and networking. Offer a range of finance solutions including asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance. Analyse clients’ financial requirements and relevant client documentation to offer tailored solutions. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs. Prepare proposal documents and compile persuasive finance applications. Conduct background research on prospects to maximize engagement. Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication. Stay vigilant against fraud and money laundering risks, reporting any concerns promptly. Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly. Collaborate with fellow Account Managers to share expertise and best practices. Experience Must have a background in client-facing sales, preferably Telesales. Prior experience in the Finance sector, especially coming from a Finance Brokerage is highly desirable. Ability to analyse financial information and present tailored solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation. High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction. Vigilance in compliance with fraud prevention and industry regulations.
