Role Overview - Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
1. Gain a deep understanding of the business model, key supply chain partners, and the market sectors, customers, and suppliers.
2. Build effective relationships with supply chain partners, internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
3. Work across multiple European warehouses and build strong relationships across them.
4. Deal with chemical distributions and handle hazardous goods.
5. Oversee non-conformance communication, resolution, trend analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
6. Manage the operational performance of key supply chain partners through structured, data-driven approaches.
7. Address and resolve live supply chain operational issues, taking ownership of timely resolutions.
Ideal Candidate
1. Has a customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
2. Background in Logistics and International Trade.
3. Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Previous experience in Transport regulation.
5. Analytical skills and ability to identify key trends in data.
6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Previous experience in FMCG and Pharmaceutical.
