Salary: £53,835 - £58,895 per annum
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: The Corporate PMO and Performance Manager is a senior position within the Strategic Improvement Team and is directly responsible for leading and managing the Portfolio and Performance Management functions. This includes the development, implementation, and oversight of the Council's corporate performance framework, project portfolio management, and business engagement to support business improvement and change.

Requirements
Educated to degree level in a numerate/business/digital and technology related subject; or
Appropriate project and programme management qualification, other Relevant industry specific qualification (s) or extensive relevant proven experience that demonstrates a similar level of knowledge and understanding.
Extensive experience in a similar role, managing high-value business transformation activities within complex portfolios, programs, and project environments.
Willingness to travel, undertake training, and work flexibly to meet deadlines and objectives
