We aren’t hanging around - sales are storming, we need great people to join our fantastic team and continue to fuel our momentum and as such are looking for a Sales Administrator.
As a Sales & Support Administrator at Harvey Water Softeners, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with order processing, handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing general administrative support.
This is a Fixed Term Contract covering a period of maternity of 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
· Processing sales orders and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
· Handling customer inquiries and providing product information
· Maintaining and updating sales records and customer database
· Assisting with inventory management and coordination
· Providing general administrative support
· Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm & Saturday 8:30am – 12:30am (Saturdays are worked on a rota basis)
