Focused on small plates, sharers, and snacks, this immersive dining experience will celebrate global flavors and creative cocktails. We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to help bring this vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own your section and ensure smooth, efficient service.
* Prepare and present globally inspired dishes with creativity.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
* Collaborate with the team to develop the menu and maintain consistency.

* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
* A passion for exceptional food and high standards.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* A creative mindset with attention to detail.
